We take pride in what we make and what we do. That is why your satisfaction is guaranteed.

My guarantee to you is that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I will refund it. There are no service fees, restocking fees, administration fees, or anything of that nature. If it arrives damaged, I will replace it at no additional charge. Whatever your concern, please reach out to me or anyone at ABP and we will do what we can to make it right. Please visit my Return Policy page should you decide to return your purchase. It will give you specific instructions on how to do so.

You may use your debit card, credit card or PayPal to make your payment. Payments are done using either Squarespace or PayPal secure payment services. Payments are processed by Squarespace or by PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account to pay. We do not collect or see your payment information. Once you have entered your payment information with Squarespace or with PayPal you are returned to your shopping cart to confirm the order. You will only be charged when you confirm the order.

We do not collect your financial information and we never see your financial information. That information is used by PayPal or by Squarespace to process your purchase. Your personal information such as your name, physical address, e-mail address, and telephone number are used to process your order. We will never sell that information or use it for any other purpose. If you opt to receive my Newsletters, then your e-mail will be used to send the Newsletters. Shipping within Canada is done with Canada Post’s Expedited service. The fee is $7.00 for all orders. Orders over $50 are free.

We will process your order right away once we receive it. Processing times are 1 to 3 business days depending on the complexity of the order. Shipping times are between 3 and 5 days depending on your location.

You will receive an e-mail confirming your order at the time you place the order. You will also receive an e-mail when we ship your order. Finally, you will receive an e-mail about 2 weeks later requesting a review of your purchase experience and of the product you purchased. Please take this opportunity to let us know how we did.
