Can I replant once it was applied? Yes. You do not need to remove the Liquid Mulch. Simply replant and then re-apply the Liquid Mulch for landscaping to any damaged areas. It will bond with the previous application and make complete film or crust.

What is Natural Seaweed Fertilizer?

It is what the name suggests. It is fertilizer made from seaweed. Our fertilizer is made from Ascophyllum nodosum, a species of Kelp. It has one of the best nutrient contents. The seaweed is washed to remove the salt water and is then homogenized to make a stable dispersion of seaweed. We stabilize the dispersion with sodium bicarbonate. This helps to prevent fermentation in the bottle.

What can I expect from the Natural Seaweed Fertilizer?

The biggest advantage is that the nutrients are immediately available to the plant. Therefore, it used right away and doesn’t get wasted. For example, some of the chemical fertilizers get washed away when it rains and ends up in our rivers. This adds to the pollution problems we face. The seaweed fertilizer also contains nutrients not commonly found in chemical fertilizer packages. These help plants stay healthy.

When used properly, the fertilizer will make your plants grow beautiful flowers (if it is a flowering plant). You will also notice that the leaves will look healthier because they will have a deeper green colour.

Finally, you cannot burn your plants or lawn when using our natural seaweed fertilizer.

How often should I Fertilize my plants?

Indoor potted plants - Fertilize every two weeks to once a month

Outdoor potted plants - Fertilize every second watering to every third watering

Vegetable plants - Fertilize every watering until the plant is established and then every third watering

Seeds - Soak using the seaweed fertilizer diluted as per watering instructions

Lawn - Fertilize three times a season

Outdoor flower beds - Fertilize every third watering

Does it harm the environment?

Our natural seaweed does not harm the environment. That is why make and sell it. It is harvested responsibly, and it has no runoff chemicals. If too much is applied and there is runoff into a stream or water body, the runoff is not harmful to the environment.

How are shipping charges calculated? — Shipping within Canada is done with Canada Post’s Expedited service. The fee is $8.00 for all orders. Orders over $53 are free.

What can I expect when I order?

We will process your order right away once we receive it. Processing times are 1 to 3 business days depending on the complexity of the order. Shipping times are between 3 and 5 days depending on your location.

You will receive an e-mail confirming your order at the time you place the order. You will also receive an e-mail when we ship your order.
