What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you fill out the Contact Us form, register as a customer, buy our products, or subscribe to the Newsletter.
On the Contact Us form you are asked to enter your name, e-mail address, and a brief description of the information or product in which you are interested. We will use that information to reply to your message. Your name and e-mail address will not be added to any mailing list or to any advertising agency (for us or anyone else).
Registering as a customer makes the check out process easier and lets you see the history of your orders. When you register as a customer you enter your name, e-mail address, and you select a unique password. No one has access to your password. It is saved internally on the webpage and no one has access to it. If you loose your password you need to follow the account recovery process by selecting “Forgot Password?” when you log in. We do not add your name or e-mail address to our Newsletter mailing list unless you select that option at check-out. And, we will not sell it to any other mailing list or advertising agency.
When buying our products you will provide your name, physical mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, and payment information such as credit card details. We do not receive your financial payment information. That information is processed by a third party financial institution and we have no access to it. We simply receive confirmation that your payment was processed. Your personal information such as your name and address are used to ship your order.
