THE VOICE OF OTHERS 🎙
There’s no doubt we all love enjoying a beautifully maintained garden and you’ve already heard from us that our Liquid Mulch can help you do that but why take our word for it. Today we would love to share with you the experience of one of our long-time customers, Hermann, who lives in the Montreal area. This area has hot summers and very cold winters (with lots and lots of snow).
He has made a veritable oasis out of his yard and Liquid Mulch plays a part in helping him keep it beautiful. As he expressed it: “I like the beauty of a well-maintained garden.” And “Except for replacements of plants that did not make it through our harsh winter, I just like to maintain and enjoy its beauty.”
As we can see from some pictures of his yard, there really is a lot to enjoy. He has a beautifully designed, made and maintained water feature.
A pond that is the size of a small swimming pool. It is complete with various flowering water plants and Koi fish that measure at least a foot long. All the pictures we have here are from Hermann’s beautiful garden. We would like to know: how does liquid mulch help people with tiny and big yards?
But first, I asked him:
Tell us a little bit about your garden.
“My garden is about 75% lawn and 25% mainly border plantings along inside the fence consisting of a variety of junipers, cedars, and flowering plants and shrubs, both perennials and annuals. To keep weeds to a minimum I use a combination of cedar and Liquid Mulch for decorative and weed growth prevention. In the heat of summer, it also retains moisture in the soil which is especially useful when the city restricts water consumption for garden maintenance.”
Every summer in Milton, like in most urban communities in Canada, water consumption is severely restricted. Liquid Mulch helps to deal with that for it reduces water consumption by 40% or more because it limits evaporation from the soil. But most of all, it helps all our customers, including Hermann to enjoy more time in his garden since they spend less time weeding.
Next, I asked him:
You’ve been using LM for several years now, what is it that you like about it?
“I like that it takes only one application per season and that it promotes an almost weed-free and lusher garden.”
Not only has he used Liquid Mulch in the yard, but he also uses Liquid Mulch to keep both weeds and insects out of his potted plants.
What does he recommend for someone that is using Liquid Mulch for the first time?
He says: “Use it as recommended, leave one area without it, and then compare appearance and time savings. you will see the difference it makes.”
Let’s take his advice and try it this year!
